Research areas |
1. Korean History
Contribute to the development of human culture by objectively identifying the universality and specificity of Korean history and placing Korean history in world history through period-specific research on the history and culture of the Korean people, including ancient Korean history, Goryeo dynasty history, Joseon dynasty history, modern Korean history, and contemporary Korean history. 2. Seoul Studies In line with the specialization direction of the university and department, conduct multidimensional research on the history, cultural heritage, and urban space of Seoul, the capital of the Republic of Korea, to shed new light on Seoul's history and present a future-oriented historical perspective. |
